Which do you prefer laptop or desktop?
I use both. The grunt of a good desktop is nice, as is a big screen. If I’ve lot’s of typing, the desktop is also superior. However, the laptop good for browsing in bed. Surfing the net while on the dunny is also easier with a laptop. My answer? Depends on the task!
How many computers do you have in your home?
Four, although only three are set up. In terms of ‘ready to go’ – one desktop PC and two laptop Macs. Wireless Internode Extreme ADSL2+ means we’re connected 24/7!
Where do you keep it?
Desktop = in the living room (to the side); Laptop [x 2] in the bedroom.
PC or Mac?
I use both every day, but at heart, I am very much a PC man through and through.

Ummmm. My brother made it.
What is your processor?
Intel (??)
How much Ram do you have?
2 gigs.
How much hard disk?
250 gigs, although I’m permanently running a terabyte drive off the side these days.
Operating system?
Windows 7. It’s a beautiful piece of work.
How old is the oldest computer in your home?
The one in the cupboard is coming on eleven years old. This may explain why it’s in the cupboard!
Do you watch movies/television on your computer?
Far, far more often than I do on the television, actually.
Top three favourite games?
That’s a very difficult question. Just three? Can't do it! Take your pick from the Civilisation series, the Sim City series, the Championship/Football Manager series, the Hearts of Iron series, the Call of Duty series, the Monkey Island series and Sid Meiers’ PIRATES!
Webcam?
Christ no!
Most used program?
At present? Probably Firefox.
Browser of choice?
I do love Opera very much, but of late I have been using Firefox.
When are you going to upgrade?
Jen may well be getting a new computer for X-mas, which means she’ll hand down the new-er laptop to me, and the older laptop will go to Henry and Ezra.

Five. One desktop, in the moment not in use, my husband Hans just uses the screen with his laptop. Andreas (14) has his own laptop. And an eee in the cupboard (nice in the morning to check mails, news, weather, favorite blogs). And my laptop.
Internet connected 24/7, but since one week it automatically cut down from 00.00 midnight to 5.30 in the morning. Because it’s good to get some sleep! Ha, ha.

I have no idea. In the moment I don’t see any need.

If it's something a little more advanced, I use PhotoShop.
