More stealing from Sunday Stealing. This week, The Wish List Meme, part one
1.) What are 3 things on your Wish list and why?
i) infinite berries; ii) an inability to feel cold; and, iii) a bit of peace and quiet.
2.) What do you miss about your childhood?
The quiet. The time. The lack of responsibility.
3.) What do you do on your spare time on the weekends?
Spare time on weekends? You mean between the cooking, cleaning, putting washing out, getting washing in and putting washing away? We usually go for a walk or a swim.
4.) What do you appreciate most in your life?
Two healthy and happy little boys.
5.) Would you rather be rich or healthy?
Can't I have both? If not, what's the point in cash if you're at death's door?
6.) If you could go back in time would you and why?
To stay for good or just a visit? I wouldn't mind a visit every now and again. As a keen student of history I would like to see if some of my preconceptions about certain periods are anywhere near the mark.
7.) Favourite game as a child?
As much as I liked running around like a loon, kicking a ball or a spot of cricket, I always have enjoyed Trivial Pursuit.
8.) What is your dream career?
One that involves me doing what I'd like to do for enough money to make ends meet.
9.) What do you do in your free time?
Haven't we dealt with this one in question 3? If I have a moment to spare, I like to read or take photographs.
10.) Favourite clothing stores?
One that I can get in and out of as quickly and painlessly as possible.
11.) What TV shows can't you live without?
I can (and have) quite easily lived without TV shows. I think that I am quite near to the opinion that TV as an art form is lost to me.
12.) 3 things you need in your life are:
In no particular order: Jen, Henry and Ezra.
13.) What can't you sleep without?
A comfortable bed and blanket.
14.) What are you currently a nerd for?
Quantitative and qualitative date in relation to the reform of Australia's education system.
15.) What is your favourite seasoning?
It's hard to go past 'salt', but I do like paprika.
16.) What is your favourite wild animal?
This is a good one. I'm partial to the Great White Shark.
17.) Name 3 of your favourite childhood shows:
I liked Moonlighting. Are You Being Served always made me laugh. A third? Maybe Dad's Army or something like that.
18.) If you could live as a character in a movie who would it be?
That Iron Man seems to have it sorted.
19.) Favourite vegetable?
The versatile but dependable potato.
20.) Favourite Fruit?
I'm going to have to go with a raspberry.
21.) If you had a dragon what would you name it?
Clive.
22.) What do you put on hotdogs?
Good question. Sauerkraut, fried onion, cheddar cheese mustard and tomato sauce.
23.) Do you play online games?
I have been known to.
24.) What's your favourite way to get inspired?
A blue sky, fresh air and a nice long walk.
25.) Do you have a middle name?
Yes. Yes I do. It was the most common male name in the United States in 1990.
