The intoxication of anger, like that of the grape, shows us to others, but hides us from ourselves.

So that's the last of them, and hopefully I will have relaxed by the time this goes up. Which did you like best? I'm happy for the feedback, as it might sharpen my eye for what draws people's eye and what might not.

Is the woman in the hat taking photos of the place still there? She seemed like she was settling in for the month on Sunday...so many pictures she took (if there was any film in t'camera, I wasn't sure)

I like the one you posted at 4:30, the second one down from the top. It has more color and movement, somehow.

Hope you've gotten over whatever it was! :-)

Yep, the third one.
It's the clarity of the light, the crispness of the reflection and the drama of the contrast of the dark clouds.
Although, I think the first one nearly works.

I think I like this fourth one the best. I like when the photographer is brave enough to take a picture that is mostly either sky, with the ostensibly interesting bit right at the bottom, or this one where the interest is at the top, but then there's the load of water and the reflection.

But it looks like I'm in a minority here :)

Miles, I’m not sure that I am familiar with that woman!

Saretta, that seems to be the winner, and no, I have gotten even angrier about it. If people knew what I know, they’d all be as mad as hell too! (Or they should be!)

FF, that does seem to be the consensus pick.

Jackie, that is probably my favourite on reflection too. I do like to mess about with form and composition. Typing that, I’ve decided to go with my gut and post a very radical choice for my photo today!
