Having been privy to some rather frank updates on current budget estimates, I think that the low cost option may be more popular in the coming years...
That cartoon reminds me of the health care of the United States! most of who do not go to the doctor until it is too late, simply becase we can not afford it!

Miles, I had to look up Karl Pilkington.
Uncertainhorizon, we have a pretty good healthcare system here in Australia, but I still avoid doctors.
What ever we call it Brave New World, Matrix or current value system - it is promoted and introduced in your life from early years of your life:D
P.S. Have not seen doctor for decades:D
