From a few weeks back, when it snowed. I think this one is very "1970s Yugoslavia".

Here's a poem pilfered from an overheard 'conversation' in the bus mall.

Oh, the humanity!

Thirteen years old.
Grossly obese.
"I fucken chundered
EVERYWHERE"

A moment,
she reflected.
"It was
fucken
AWESOME."

An evolutionary
milestone.

Seems like Australia has quite a number of houses that look like houses from hot/tropical areas (like Africa, India, South-America, etc), perhaps because it doesn't snow much there.? Usually European/American houses have slanted roofs so that the snow does not accumulate. But I might be mistaken.

What is chundered,please? Just so I am correct in meaning and not making up my own. Loved the juxtaposition of hot colors and cool colors, rounded mountains and square houses.

KL, these are office buildings. It doesn't snow at sea level (well, once every 20 years) here in Hobart. There are all types of roofs here, in those areas where it does, the house are like those you find in Switzerland.

I don't think chunder is used enough myself. I am going to try to use it ten times tomorrow in conversation.

Tash, I was thinking Sarajevo or Tuzla as well, but only from what I've seen in books!
