He who knows that enough is enough will always have enough.

Unfortunately this has been indicative of the kind of morning that I have been setting off into of late. Here is the up the highway towards my bus stop on Monday morning. The fog is okay, because it generally means that I won't get rained on...

I thought that in the spirit of inclusiveness, I'd give you a list of Things I Don't Like:
  • Vampires

  • People who like vampires.

  • Fairies.

  • Adults who dress like fairies.

  • Those hats that people buy at Salamanca Market with leopard print trim and fuzz at the top.

  • People who wear those hats that people buy at Salamanca Market with leopard print trim and fuzz at the top.

  • Overly sensitive television personalities.

  • People who say "It shouldn't be a problem, I don't think" when they really mean "I think that it shouldn't be a problem".

  • Men who carry umbrellas.

  • People who are really friendly to you when you're taking photographs, then walk away in disgust when they find out that you're not foreign at all, just another Tasmanian.

I like men with umbrellas but I don't care for them in baseball caps and nike type tennis shoes. I just don't can't explain it

You're sure to discourage the camera curiousity if you were to carry a Photo Sniper. Might want to keep a fridge magnet handy, though...

Hey!!! the list was pretty damp considering your "kind" judgments of others.. :-))

I liked the last one, specially the part "when they realise you are not foreign at all"

Just a question, if men should not carry umbrellas then what should they do if it starts to rain?

Have a look in the mirror and you may notice Southern European. It was the attraction toward your mother. Swarthy good looks. You know, she still has them.

Yamini, I will do a nastier one for you next.

Men should be men and get wet.

Roddy, you're talking about me, surely?

I love fog but I don't like it when I forget that I have turned my car lights on to see and then forget to turn them off when I get to work.
And it would be terrible if the RACV man who came to recharge my battery was a vampire dressed as a fairy wearing a hat with leopard print trim and fuzz at the top and carrying an umbrella. Especially if he told me when he got there..."It shouldn't be a problem, I don't think!" How traumatic for me....an RACV man who doesn't think! *shudder*
I would need a foreign Tasmanian to take a photo of it all!!

I think Sue may have twisted your words to suit her own twisted sense of reality.
I don't know where she would get a foreign Tasmanian. Especially one dressed in an R.A.C.V. uniform.

Is it manly to get wet in rain?? I didnt know that. So, would it be wrong if I like walking in rain too??
Hi! Kris,

Sue, thankfully that is not a worry of mine.
