For the things we have to learn before we can do, we learn by doing.

Ezra is learning to eat without help.

He's getting there.

Slowly.

As an interesting point of comparison, here is Henry coming to grips with yoghurt way back in February '08 (which would make him a few months older in that photo than Ez is now).

Is that mashed potato or cheese? The face certainly says that he is enjoying it.
You could almost say that he is getting the feel for his meal.

He is such a cutie pie!!!!

His expression is almost apologetic in the photograph, which makes me doubtful about what you or Jen said to him right before clicking the photo. ;-)

I liked the one of Henry too. Was nice to see him at that age, specially since I missed all his first year photographs. The reason being I tuned into your blog only in May '08.

Roddy, that is mash. He is a better eater than Henry.

Yamini, I was praising him for eating the dinner I cook for him. Unlike OTHER sons I have who shall remain nameless.

Jim, he is HUGE.

As he is growing so well, I think that he must be getting some of the food into his mouth. Stop concentrating on the bits that miss!

Ohhhh...Sweet Ezra! How much I missed his photo!

Yamini, he is a good little eater.

Kris said...

Priyanka, you have the power to change the way that you eat!

Sue, he gets more in that he misses.

Most of the time, anyway.

Sarah, not too difficult to wipe clean, either.
