Show me the child until [16 months] and I’ll show you the man...

On the bus this morning I was thinking about what Henry's favourite toys might be, and why he likes them. At the moment, the cream of the crop appears to be:

A broom;
A wooden spoon;
An empty box;
Rocks;
His mother's wallet;
An old mop;
The watering can;
And an untold number of plastic containers.

I've been trying to deduce from this what vocation he may be headed for (after a long and distinguished career at centre half back for Essendon Football Club, of course!) I'd like to think that the wide selection of favourite things indicates that it's open, but at the moment his personality type seems to suggest too me "Brutal Third World Dictator".

Should I be worried?

In dreams begin responsibilities.

A life at sea, that's for me, only I just don't have the BREAD. That's right, Theme Thursday yet again and I post a photo of a yacht dicking about in Bass Strait just off Wynyard. The problem is, I am yet again stuck at work, slogging away, because I knead need the dough . My understanding is that it is the dough that makes the BREAD. And it is the BREAD that buys the yacht. On my salary though, I will be lucky to have enough dough or BREAD for a half dozen dinner rolls. Happy Theme Thursday people, sorry for the rush.
