The leader has to be practical and a realist, yet must talk the language of the visionary and the idealist.

Look at that steely reserve. Check out that iron gaze. This a man sure of his own mind. This is a man born to lead.

Just this morning, Ezra was instructing me as I flew the kite. Again and again, he ordered me to give it more string. It got to the point where (sweaty brow and palms) I had to inform him "I cannae give it more string!" You see, there was no more string to give, yet still Ezra drove for more,

Suddenly the wind dropped and the kite became entangled in the trees. Henry asked Ezra if he wanted to stop proceedings and try a u-turn.

His response?

"You turn if you want to. The baby’s not for turning!"

"Louis" is so busy at his new espresso shop these days, he rarely has time to stop by. He appreciates your visits - and when he is able to stop by, he's always happy to see your progress reports on Henry and Ezra!

Kris, how long are you going to keep us in suspense? You didn't say who that cutie-pie was on the left in your earlier post. A quick answer please :-).

Have you seen this morning??!!!!
More shark attacks!!!!!
They're everywhere I tell you!
They even caught one in Port Phillip Bay last week!

oh, flying a kite is so cool for kids. It's wonderful to know they're enjoying such simple things!

That's so cool.

Yeah, Kris...shark attacks! What have you done...giving them bad press! I think they are peed off at Y-O-U!!! They are gunning for you, my dear...if I was you...I would stay clear of the water for a while. A shark attack in Tassie....who would have thunk it(now if it had been a penguin....???).
Definitely Churchillian jowls developing there.

Sue, what a disgrace that you missed it...

FF, it’s a good sign. Our stocks need thinning.

Kitty, it wasn’t so much fun climbing up that tree in sandals...

Sue, we’ve had lots of fatal shark attacks in Tasmania. We don’t piss about with your Port Jackson toothless idiots. It’s Great Whites or nothing down here!

Benjamin, he has real leadership potential.
