I am sailing, I am sailing, home again cross the sea. I am sailing, stormy waters, to be near you, to be free.


Here you can see what must have been a big one in ye olden dayes, with a semi-big one today. Sort of.

The perspective is a little off, but you can kind of get the idea of the size difference here. It must have been a great journey out here at the beginning of the nineteenth century, particularly when the majority that came down here did so against their will. That said, better than being strung up on a yardarm somewhere!

Georgie B, too right. I think that there is something to like about all four seasons. That said, I'm lucky to live in a temperate climate with few extremes!
