For the record, it is a Great White Shark rising out of the depths. The depths is made up of white chocolate mousse dyed blue. Sugar content was off the charts.

Like the cake. And especially the ocean blue and the red mouth. it must have been an unbelievable hard work.

Carola, it was not that hard. The initial failure of the icing attempt was the biggest challenge.
